A claims workbench built around agents, for the people who decide

Why we built it

Most of an adjuster’s day is spent assembling a claim, not deciding it: reading the policy as it stood on the loss date, working out what the reserve should rest on, checking which letter is due under which state’s clock, writing the brief the supervisor will ask for. That work is exactly what a language model is good at — as long as it is held to the record and kept inside the desk’s authority.

So InsightCW starts from the agents. Each claim is worked by ten of them, each with one job; their work is shown first in the Claim Workspace, every figure cited to the record; and what they prepare waits for a person with the authority to accept, change or reject it. The record keeps who decided what, on what, and every answer becomes evidence for how much the agents may do next time.

What we hold ourselves to

• AI first, people decide. The agents reason with the model by default; the rule-based findings are their grounding and their fallback, not the product. Out of the box nothing acts without a person.
• Every figure from the record. A model sentence with a number the record doesn’t hold is discarded. A finding without a source is not shown.
• Authority is earned. Agents start at draft and move up only on measured agreement with the people who answer them, under a ceiling the carrier sets.
• One record across the suite. The policy comes from underwriting as it stood on the loss date; claims experience, cessions and the portfolio feed go out as signed events.
• Honest demo data. Every claim, insured and figure on this site is illustrative, and labelled so.

The Insight insurance suite

A carrier can start with one and add the others without a second integration project.
